We had a suite with a Seaview and we were very pleased with it. The kitchen was well equipped with a decent sized fridge/freezer, a cooker, microwave and enough crockery and cutlery for the two of us. Strangely there was a kettle with a British plug but no adapter( we bought one). The bathroom was equipped with a bath/shower, double sinks, and toilet and bidet screened off in the bathroom. In the bedroom was a super king bed, desk with TV and ample storage space. The living area was equipped with table and four chairs, 2-seat sofa, a lounge chair and a decent sized HD TV including some freeview British channels. The balcony was enormous and kitted out with table with 2 chairs, 2 sun beds and a fantastic sea view overlooking the bay. We were half board and the buffet meals at breakfast and dinner were tasty with a good selection of hot and cold dishes. We only used one of the pools and it was a salt water one with an adequate amount of sun beds. Finally, we were left a bottle of Cava, two cans of water, some chocolates and a voucher for free spa treatments. T The staff we spoke to when we needed something were friendly and attentive. The location is excellent, beside a huge beach ( privately run sunbeds at €6 each), some nearby restaurants and bars and a shopping/outlet mall 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk along the beach. Non-hotel owned parking is available beside and around the hotel.

Hotel is situated right on the beach front which has plenty of sunbeds the hotel also has at least two swimming pools with free beds. Outside the hotel is a boardwalk for nice walks, if you turn right the walk is shorter this way. The hotel itself is kept incredibly clean with staff working throughout the day, our room was very large and spacious with very comfortable beds, plenty of storage in the bedroom plus a comfy chair, 2 x TV's ( one in the bedroom and one in the living area, which we didn’t even turn on ) a sofa, small dining table and chairs, a small kitchen area containing basic utensils if you want to cook, we didn't and a very modern bathroom all of which was kept incredibly clean. All staff at the hotel were very, very helpful, friendly and approachable, we stayed half board and the food in the restaurant was of a good standard, with a very varied choice and plenty of it, huge choice at breakfast, coffee, fresh juices, smoothies, yoghurts, fresh fruits, every pastry you can imagine, churros, pancakes, omelettes, full English and a huge selection of cold meats, cheeses, olives and breads etc, again in the evening there was a huge choice, soup, cold mezzes and salads, cheeses and at least 6 different hot dishes with accompanying sides plus a fish and meat dish cooked fresh on the grill. Taxi from the airport to the hotel is 15 Euro.

We travel a lot, really a lot. We use wide range of quality and price level hotels. I will not write about the hotel facilities. You can find it better or worse. I was inspired to write this opinion reading few extremely negative ones. Gosh! Is it really so bad?! The hotel is well managed. Rooms are spacious (our was 95 m2 (superior suite)) but even junior suites are huge - 65 m2. Food is fully acceptable and varied. Sparkling wine to the breakfast, free beer or wine and sangria. Yes, the quality is not on top but look at the price of your stay. Reading negative opinions, I found something like 'my little baby has got a little belly pain next day after eating dinner in the restaurant', 'we arrived tired at midnight and check-in was too slow', 'the boiled egg for breakfast was barely lukewarm and it was only 10:00 AM' (breakfast is from 7:30 to 10:30), 'the floor in our room was outdated'. Folks! Floors in the Buckingham Palace are also outdated!

Krzysztof

The junior suites were great, spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable and balconies were a lovely size with good views. The pool was salt water so no strong chlorine smell which was great. Around the pools were large double bed loungers as well as regular loungers so it was great to relax. The entertainment manager Kate was fantastic and did a great job with the activities. We thoroughly enjoyed the daily yoga as well as the shooting and darts. The hotel is in a great location with bars, clubs and crazy golf in one direction and a gorgeous beach and shopping mall in the other.

Claire

Love that the rooms are large with a separate lounge kitchen and bathroom. The television does have the 5 main english channels if you do fancy a night in. The towels are changed every day and the toiletries shampoo conditioner shower gel are supplied along with a good hairdrier. Beach towels are also supplied with a small deposit. The safe in the room is free. The balcony is also large. Love the fresh cooked omelettes for breakfast. This is one of the closest hotels to the beach and in between the town centre and the shopping mall.
